How do I apply for an apartment?
You can apply for an apartment by filling out our online application form. You will need to provide some basic information about yourself, including your name, contact details, and employment status. Once we receive your application, we will review it and get back to you within 24-48 hours.
What are the rental requirements?
To rent an apartment, you must meet certain requirements, such as having a stable income, good credit history, and a clean rental record. We also require that you provide references from your previous landlords and/or employers. Please contact us for more information about our specific rental requirements.
What is included in the rent?
The rent includes the cost of the apartment and some basic utilities, such as water and trash. However, you will be responsible for paying for your own electricity, gas, and any other additional utilities you may use.
Are pets allowed in the apartments?
Some of our apartments allow pets, while others do not. Please check with us before applying to find out if the apartment you are interested in allows pets. If pets are allowed, there may be additional fees and/or restrictions.
How long is the lease agreement?
