Getting Started

         Here are the steps to get started:

1. Determine your budget

         Before starting your search, determine how much you can afford to spend on that rent each month. It is always recommended that you should spend no more than 30% of your monthly income.

2. Choose your location

         When choosing the location of an apartment, always consider the safety of the neighborhood. You can also consider factors such as proximity to your workplace or school and the access to local public transportation.

3. Search for apartments

         Use the search bar found on the upper middle-right portion of the main page to get started looking for apartments. You can use keywords such as the name of the location, the name of the apartment or even the characteristics of an apartment that you desire (e.g. kitchen, 4 bedrooms, etc.).

4. Visit apartment

         Set a date on when to visit the apartment you are interested in. Take notes on the condition of the building/apartment, the amenities, and any issue or repairs that may be made.

5. Save contact information of landlord/landlady

         You can reach the proper people through the contact information they provided found in the website. Should any inquiries aries, you will be able to get in touch with them anytime or anywhere.

6. Apply for the apartment

         Now that you have checked the apartment and made contact with the owner, you can now submit an application. Prepare and provide necessary information such as your name, contact number and emergency contact information. Landlords may also require an early deposit for the rent's first month payment.

7. Move in

         With all the requirements finished, you can now start preparing all the things you need and schedule a date to move ine.
